Tackling VOC Emissions: Meeting Environmental Standards with Advanced Treatment Systems

Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) are harmful substances generated from industrial processes involving paints, solvents, and other manufacturing activities. Given their impact on the environment and human health, strict emission standards have been established worldwide, and proper treatment is required. In China, emission regulations have also become stricter. At “Plastic World,” three VOC exhaust pipes (G1, G2, and G4) have been set up at different treatment locations, incorporating two distinct treatment methods.

The first method is activated carbon box adsorption, which uses activated carbon to absorb VOCs. The second method combines spray, zeolite powder fluidized bed adsorption, and RCO catalytic combustion, utilizing these technologies to reduce VOC concentrations in the exhaust gas to meet regulatory standards. This ensures that the treated exhaust is safely released from high-altitude pipes.

Our company is committed to providing highly efficient gas treatment equipment that meets environmental standards by adopting the latest technologies. We will continue to improve these technologies to contribute to sustainable development for businesses.
