Staff Shareholding Scheme
To recognize the contribution from our staff members and encourage them to be our shareholder before public listing, we have established “Staff Shareholding Scheme” since ‘2007. Shares was distributed to our eligible members by way of incentive bonus or purchase in discounted value.
It’s nature is same with our strategic partners, enjoys dividend every year and cash it in latest NAV upon their employment end.

PK (Pikapika Katsudou) Activities
- PK stands for "Pikapika Katsudou" (shining activities)
- Goals: Improve quality, reduce costs, raise awareness, and create a safe, comfortable workplace
- Focuses on 5S principles
- Emphasizes standardization and visualization
QCC (Quality Control Circle) Activities
- Small group activities for continuous quality management and improvement
- Aims to improve quality, increase efficiency, and reduce waste
- Two types: Problem-solving and Goal-achievement
- Involves a step-by-step process from identifying issues to standardization
Employee Improvement Proposals
- System to encourage employees to suggest innovations and improvements
- Benefits include fostering problem-solving skills, improving work environment, increasing efficiency, and maximizing company profits
- Criteria for valid and invalid proposals are provided
- Valid proposals include innovations in management, technology, processes, and cost reduction
- Invalid proposals include those violating laws, repeating existing measures, or lacking substance

- Document screening
- Successful candidates will be contacted within 2 business days via email or phone to schedule an interview. We will notify you of the selection results regardless of whether you pass or not.
- Interview
- You can either come to our office or have an online interview via Zoom or similar platforms. Let's have an honest conversation about job details, work arrangements, salary (compensation), etc.
- Notification of results
- We will send you the results by email. After a final confirmation of salary and benefits, an informal job offer will be made upon mutual agreement. We will discuss your preferred start date and adjust it with our schedule.
- Start of employment
- You will begin your employment.
