Mid-Term Business Strategy

Our mid-term business strategy aims at sustainable growth and strengthening market competitiveness. Firstly, we will deepen our Eco-Plus business, promoting the production of environmentally friendly products and contributing to society. Specifically, we are committed to reducing environmental impact through initiatives like promoting zero emissions of plastic waste and product lightweighting. Moreover, by providing comprehensive solutions, we aim to support the supply chain alongside our customers, building long-term partnerships.

Next, we plan to maximize the strengths of China and the Philippines to enhance our production capabilities. In China, we will introduce advanced equipment such as automation technologies and image inspection systems to improve product quality and reduce costs. Additionally, in the Philippines, we will leverage the abundant human resources to accelerate entry into growth markets.

Furthermore, we plan to expand Japan’s domestic technology to overseas markets, globally extending our quality assurance and production technology capabilities. This will further enhance our competitiveness in the international market and create new business opportunities.

In the long term, we aim to introduce smaller, more efficient production facilities, driving the transition to value creation through energy savings, space efficiency, and material waste reduction. Through this strategy, we will achieve sustainable growth and contribute to society.
